Terms and Conditions - Mats For That | SeaSucker Classic Ski Rack Giveaway
Eligibility
The SeaSucker Classic Ski Rack Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Mats For That ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
Giveaway Period
Entry for the giveaway begins on December 15th, 2023, and ends on January 15th, 2024 ("Giveaway Period").
The drawing to determine the winner will take place on January 16th, 2024.
Entry
To enter the Giveaway, participants must make a purchase of either a new 6 piece set of Mats For That Tesla Floor Mats or HALO BLK Ultra Premium Floor mat sets during the Giveaway Period.
Each eligible purchase will count as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed with multiple qualifying purchases.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on January 16th, 2024.
Prize
The prize for this Giveaway is one SeaSucker Classic Ski Rack. Retail Value of $425.00 USD
Conditions of Participation
Participants must comply with all terms and conditions of this Giveaway to be eligible for the prize.
Purchase of the specified floor mats is required to enter the Giveaway.
The winner will be prohibited from returning purchased floor mats, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternative winner may be selected.
Publicity
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Mats For That to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Mats For That reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Information collected from participants is subject to Mats For That Privacy Policy.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

90 Day - Don't Like Your Mats? We'll Buy Them Back Guarantee
All Mats For That brand all weather floor mats are covered by our 90 day trial period. This means you can use the mats for 90 days from the date of delivery to decide if you like them. If during this time period you decide they do not meet your expectations, you can return the mats to us and we will buy them back via a refund of the purchase price, less taxes and other fees.
